  • Use of joint mobilisation and manipulation, including spinal manipulation, to address chronic and acute joint malfunction and associated pain.

  • Identification of problems and injuries arising from specific muscle group weakness and/or over use. Treatment of acute and chronic injuries, which include extensive rehabilitation. Strapping before sport participation is also available.

  • We are able to do the necessary SCAT 5 screening after suspected concussion and work with other specialists in this field in order to determine the appropriate treatment to ensure full recovery.

  • This includes treatment of chest problems, like bronchitis, pneumonia, bronchiolitis, sinusitis and allergic rhinitis from birth onwards. We treat babies and children of all ages. Assessment of developmental mile stones and treatment of associated problems, is also done.

  • Long & short term management of respiratory & cardiopulmonary dysfunction, from the acute stage to the rehabilitation phase.

  • Specific exercises with individual needs/injuries in mind, are given in a class set up or on an individual basis. Whether it is for post- surgery rehab, for handling chronic back ache or to improve general strength and flexibility.

  • We treat all gender identities during all phases of life. It includes (amongst others) the treatment of pregnancy related back pain and rehabilitation. We assist with pre- and postnatal health, breastfeeding challenges, urinary incontinence (both urge and stress) and sexual dysfunction.

  • Teaching specialized techniques on handling of chronic pain conditions. This includes physical modalities as well as counselling.

  • We use fine acupuncture needles into trigger points or tight muscle bands to “reset” the muscle and allowing it to return to full strength, range of movement and function.

  • This includes ergonomic correction, giving exercises, using manual therapy and ultrasound to treat and improve chronic headaches.

  • Vestibular rehabilitation (VTR) is an exercise based program designed by a specialised physiotherapist to improve balance and reduce dizziness.

  • Treatment of tempero- mandibular pain and problems associated with grinding teeth, chewing, yawning and singing.

  • We do home visits in the surrounding areas to treat post-operative, respiratory and orthopaedic conditions in order to maximise independent function and mobility.

  • Rehabilitation of the elderly patient using stretching, mobilisation and balance exercise to prevent falls and maintain their independence.

  • Assisting with problems associated with breastfeeding such as engorgement, mastitis and cracked nipples.
